You can search by platform or category and use any template offered, whether you can use it on Microsoft's Office for Macintosh or not. To search for downloaded templates, go to the official Microsoft Office website and search for Office templates in the PC category.
If you have Custom Templates in the Custom Office Templates folder, Word will provide you with a new category called "Personal" when you open and select New.
Next is the "Shortcut" option, which allows you to select a custom shortcut. (Bold Ctrl + B is Words default) to define your own. Select a number by defining how it should appear, how to interpret it and how to outline it, for example by dots and brackets. Next is "Next" with a shortcut that allows me to select any number, be it Ctrl, B or bold, as well as define my own text effects. At the top of the list are text effects, with which I can define the color of the text, the size of each line of text and the number of lines in each column.
